Schefflera actinophylla or Umbrella Tree as it is commonly known, is a small/medium tree originating from Eastern Australia. It features shiny, dark green leaves and small red flowers on streams which can reach up to 1m long. It can reach 6 - 10m outdoors in sub/tropical regions. Often grown as an indoor plant. Tolerant of light frost but prefers conditions above 8c.
